„We had a great time. After our mother passed away five years ago from Alzheimer's/Dementia we decided to get together every year in October in remembrance of her and our father. This is our reunion was to be held in Corpus but due to unforseen issues with the property we had to scramble to find another place. Checking hours, and I do mean hours, to find something that would house 18 adults, a pool, and “

„Great time! Family friendly! Would stay again! The fishing boat was a big plus! We put our trolling motor on it and our two oldest boys were rarely seen and we all caught keeper catfish and small bass, Swimming in front of the house wasn't good bc if low river level but we went to the waterfall and swimming hole north of river via boat and kayak and had a blast! The firepit was really nice! You can hear the plant across the river but you learned to tune it out. Looking forward to coming back ...

„Really loved this little cottage! Very private and Peaceful. It's perfect for a couples weekend with room for a couple of children. Close to alot of activities. Less than 30 minutes to Gruene/New Braunsfel. We went to the rodeo and steakhouse in Bulverde on Saturday night. It was a little less than an hour away. This would be a really good spot during the summer with the Guadalupe in the back yard. We will definitely stay again.“

„Enjoyed the vastness and layout of the home which is only 30 minutes to the Comal river, which was the reason for our trip. We had 3 families with 8 17+YO kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the ground level playroom was fantastic with pool, grill, ping pong and pool table, and so much more. Beds were comfortable and clean. A/C worked wonderfully. “

„My party stayed for two nights and it was decent . My biggest issue with the property was the yard was not very well taken care of. The grass was very high and I had two smaller dogs so I was very nervous when they were outside. other then that the place was very good for what we needed and the pool table and outdoor pool were a nice touch. The host had excellent communication and we're friendly ! “
