„Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. “

„We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.“

„A group of us stayed here for the Great North Run. The location was perfect and also the fact there were a number of rooms that were all ensuite was a real bonus for us as we were a group of couples. The bedrooms were nice, the bedding, towels and bat mats were all nice and clean. The carpets throughout were a little bit sticky and the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were slippery (which is probably build up of cleaning product). Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. „Property was lovely. Everything we needed for stay. Plenty plates, glasses and utensils in kitchen. Lots of room in lounge for us all. Bedrooms comfy and bathrooms lovely too with towels and nice hand wash. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely be back again soon.“

„We truly enjoyed this adorable cottage. It is well hidden, and not an easy walk to any eateries or stores. The only two difficult things were the distance we had to walk, pulling our suitcase to the front door. And the second was a step down into the kitchen from the living room.
