Great kitchen to cook our meals in with a family, the pool was a perfect place to cool off and have have a drink The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. „James was great with helping us set up everything for the trip. He arranged shuttles for two different groups from two different airports, and he also helped us arrange our golf cart rental. There were seven of us staying in the house, and we all paid for the full catering option. This is highly recommended thing if you are on a surf trip - 100% worth it.The house itself is in great condition and the staff did an amazing job at keeping it clean each day. „We stayed 8 days and will definitely return. Beautiful pool, house, property, lagoon for swimming, and surrounded by natural beauty. We met the owners twice and they were very friendly. They even had an anniversary cake delivered for my wife’s sister’s anniversary mid week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We must have spent 3 hours EVERY day in that pool :-) Absolutely wonderful experience!“

„The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it.“

„Sehr schöne Anlage mitten in der Natur. Dazu eine super nette Gastgeberin, die sich stehst um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert. Sie organisiert und kümmert sich um alles, ist immer freundlich und kocht bei Bedarf auch mal (und das sehr gut). Zusammengefasst ein toller Aufenthalt.“

"Danke an alle Mitarbeiter und besonders der Chefin Marcia. Wir waren schon in hunderten Hotels in vielen Teilen der Welt, aber so eine herzliche Gastlichkeit,Sauberkeit und schöne Atmosphäre ist selten. Das Hotel ist fussläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, es ist sehr sicher einschließlich sicherer Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet,sehr sauber und ruhig. Unserer besonderer Dank gilt der Besitzerin Marzia, die immer vor Ort war und viele wertvolle Tips zu Ausflügen und guten Gaststätten gegeben hat. Unser Rat an alle, wenn Granada dann nur dieses Hotel. "

"Der Mann an der Rezeption war extrem unhöflich und wollte mir nucht das gebuchte Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten geben, ich brauchte dafür einige Zeit ihn zu überzeugen. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienungen ist nicht immer gegeben. Die Musik am Pool ist extrem laut, an relaxen und ausruhen ist da nicht zu denken. Der Speisesaal ist sehr kalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Gut ist die Nähe zum Airport ( genau gegenüber) der Shuttlebus zum Airport, da dort gerade Erdbewegungen im Gange sind."
