„This home was absolutely wonderful! It was centrally located and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great kitchen to cook our meals in with a family, the pool was a perfect place to cool off and have have a drink The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house keeper was and angel and the house manager was externally helpful kind and caring and went above and beyond. We are already planing our trip back for next year.“

„The house is design perfectly with the valance between each room, the pool area and the terrace. Everything gave you a feeling of a much bigger house. I will recommend it and hopefully we’ll be back. Also a location was great.“

„Everything as advertised, furniture is different now, our stay was almost perfect.Two things to note and improve if possible : the wifi is very poor and the tv never worked. Other than that, amazing host and beautiful house.“

„We enjoyed our at Casa Abdo and will book it on our next visit to the ranch. The view is amazing and the house is a short drive/long walk to the clubhouse area. Playa Rosada is at the bottom of the hill below the house. There are 4 separate air conditioned areas of the house - a kitchen/living area and a master upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs. I was with my wife so we used the upstairs areas and only turned on the bedroom AC at night. Most of our time was spent in the outside covered ...

„Words can't describe the beauty of this place. The location is one of a kind setting on the shores of quator lake. From this location you can go to many other areas of interest in Nicaragua. The security staff here was friendly and very attentive. They did our laundry, Vegeta scrub, and clean her car and went and got us gas we couldn't be happier.“

„The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it.“

„Our group of 8 (2 families) had an amazing stay at this home. Home is beachfront, directly in front of Colorados surf break and 2 min walk to Pilis restaurant, 7 min walk to panga drops. James was a great host and very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would stay here again for sure - great trip!“

„Went to Nicaragua with the family to celebrate my wife’s birthday (9 adults, 5 kids). Upon arrival, we were greeted by Santos, the housekeeper, who was very pleasant and hospitable. She cooked us Nicaraguan breakfast every morning which was delicious. The house was beautiful and very clean. All the families enjoyed a room which had its air conditioner. "Late Check out problemlos möglich. Kaffeemaschine im Executive Room, aber kein Kaffee. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war nicht gut. Nur ein kleines Fenster. "
