„My partner and I (both in our early 60’s) stayed here in the Fall. Crisp air. Lake and mtn views. Fire pit. House warm on cold nights. We brought our own pillows and quilts. We cozied up on the recliner couch with our quilts and watched movies. We baked cookies and made all of our meals. The oven runs about 25 degrees too hot so keep that in mind for baking. We will be back for sure!! Owners are the best!! We called for help with an issue and he was there so fast. We stayed an extra night. ...

„Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock ...

„We enjoyed our time here. Peaceful setting with beautiful views all around. Fun to look out back and see the goats and chickens! A little more on the rustic side, but we expected that. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and supplies were provided. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Great base for exploring Lake Champlain Islands. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly when we contacted them. If you’re looking for a country retreat experience, this is it!“
