The trailer is not connected to water or sewer, is about 6" out of level, and a strange lady came out of a double wide trailer 50' away and shouted at us to " Get off my property" , even after we paid to rent it! I will take steps to get the bank to pull that money back from this owner! Junk filled yard surrounding the RV, and trash Please take this off of your listing! It Is A SCAM ! “

„it is a very quiet area and gave me and my friends the weekend getaway we needed. We even left some items by accident and the owners mailed them back to us 10/10“

Fire pit was so relaxing. The stars were mesmerizing. Just far enough to feel like to see away but close enough for it to be convenient. Thankful for you all opening your peace out paradise! “

„Wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pat’s Place! Our family enjoyed many meals out on the spacious deck . We enjoyed watching and hearing the wildlife. A great yard for games like badminton, frisbee, sling shot glow in the dark “spinners”. Plenty of room for our adult children, spouses and grandkids. We liked the private location and spectacular view of the night sky. Our host was easy to communicate with regarding questions , needs and places to visit/eat. We did not get a chance ...

„The toilet was not cleaned...I do believe truly an oversight but that was a bit yucky to have to do. I'd have liked to see some tupperware bowls, aluminum foil and or baggies for leftovers. Location was great!! Overall though I would recommend this to friends.“

„This is our second time starting at this cute property and it was just as perfect as last time. Our daughter loves the “secret” Lot and our pups have a blast in the fenced in backyard. My husband and I appreciate the central location and always enjoy coming back to a fire in the fire pit. “

„We loved our stay near downtown Clarksville. Cabin was great, it had everything we were looking for. The swim spa was perfect on a cold day. The host, Jim, was very kind, responsive, and quick to help with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.“

„We went into Raleigh to meet up with family nearby on our way to New Bern. We were excited to stay in this studio because it looked great. We were NOT disappointed. Everything was so well thought out. The host was very communicative and was a gracious host. The property was exceptionally clean and the amenities were as listed. They even had coffee and fresh cream for us! We would 100% stay there again when we visit Raleigh. Probably one of the best stays we've had. Would have loved to stay ...
