„The house is perfect for a family to stay in. The house is comfortable and well laid out. There are high end appliances and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. It’s a beautiful home and it was decorated for Christmas which was wonderful. “

„Jake’s place was perfect for our stay, as it was a relaxing, clean and a nice home. The two floor layout worked especially well for our infant daughter so she had a quiet place to sleep, while we could cook and hang out in the living room. The only suggestion to the host is to install curtains along the picturesque sliding doors for a bit of extra privacy at nighttime.“

„The property was wonderfully located with a beautiful view. It was also exceptionally clean and very well renovated. There were a few nice local restaurants/bars which made the stay even nicer. The only item was when I was told that we parked in the wrong place I responded and indicated the home was wonderful. I never heard back - just kind of seemed weird. I like having a personable connection with the owner but didn't necesarily feel that way here. But still a wonderful stay!“

„The location was rural but very close to town. The room had a separate entrance and I felt very welcome even with my two dogs. It was a very cosy arrangement and there were a lot of thoughtful additions such as a clean bathrobe and (brand new) slippers. There was even an extra dog bed if I would have needed it. „Had a wonderful first trip to Madison for the entire week of Thanksgiving. The house was absolutely perfect. Clean, cute, warm, perfect location to everything downtown. Also had better quality amenities than a lot of rentals; nice towels, comfortable beds and bedding and great furniture, fully stocked kitchen utensils and things. Felt perfectly at home. “

„The check in and check out process was very easy! Lots of room for our trip with extended family. We loved the location and the open space with the swings right across the road was perfect for little children.“
