„Perfect size for our trip. Water was too low for the dock. I thought it would be later before they drained it according to the information. We still had a great time and would go back.“

„We had a great weekend getaway at this cabin. It was clean and secluded as stated in the listing; however, it could use some updates such as replacing worn out furniture. The shower in the red bathroom did not have any pressure nor would it drain. Overall, decent cabin for the price.“

„This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin and third time overall staying at one of Tammy’s properties and I can’t say enough good things. It’s affordable, beautiful views and Tammy is wonderful. Only thing I’d say is, I wouldn’t suggest this to “groups” it’s really made for a couple and their children. It’d be a tight squeeze for adults to sleep in the loft area but kids would love it!“

„A cute little house in the Tennessee mountains. It made us start considering a mobile home as me and my wife’s first house together. The house and property was very clean and tastefully decorated.“

„This cabin is very nice and peaceful. It has a warm and cozy feel to it. I didn't have to contact the property manager for anything due to it being well-stocked with just about everything. The only recommendation I have is for a larger TV in the living room. Fantastic stay and highly recommend!“

„The property is reasonably priced, well kept up, and clean. My family members drove to the area and arrived a day early. Beverly was very helpful and accommodating in helping them get settled in for their early arrival. Thank you for the great stay.“

„We stayed only 2 short nights, but it really was perfect! The weather allowed us to enjoy the screen porch and windows open all night to hear the river and falls -- so relaxing and quite magical!! We were able to fish a little and take some nice walks around the property with our dog -- no leash, its so nice!! The cabin is super comfortable with everything you need, lots of nice touches that made me feel at home!! This is definitely a place to come if you love nature and quiet, peaceful ...

„The Quail Roost.....what a gem! On the back deck is a pellet stove, soak tub and a hammock. A great romantic get away for our anniversary. In the front a place to grill and a fire pit. And set in a most beautiful, scenic area. Highly recommend ! We will be back!“

„A very secluded and beautiful property. Great views. My only issue was trying to decide if I wanted to sit by a really cool fire pit or relax in the awesome hot tub. Everything was clean and I was left needing nothing. Tammy and Sam were always quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions for local sights. I will be sure to recommend this place to anyone traveling this way. “

„The house itself is incredible. I marveled for days at the log cabin type construction. The porch overlooking the river is awesome. Such a roomy, private, serene property. The wifeand I really lovy loved it!“
