„Spent 4 nights with adult children and 5 grandsons aged 2 and under. Plenty of space for all. Of course had to keep close eye on grandsons when close to water, but great floats, pedal boat, kayaks, canoe. Built a fire most nights. Good time together.“

„We've stayed at this lake house for several years and it's always comfortable, clean and relaxing. The back porch is perfect for meals and fellowship and the lake side view is beautiful. We always enjoy using the kayaks and paddle boards. This trip we caught a few cat fish, shell crackers, bream and white perch while kayaking. Thank you Pat for another wonderful vacation! We look forward to returning in the spring!“

„Dated property but adequate for our needs. Holes in screens made it difficult to leave door open because of mosquitos. Firepit was really nice and lake location was excellent. For someone looking to take advantage of actvities on the water will love this property. “

„We take an annual trip to Lake Gaston with 4-5 families every fall. This year was the first time we spotted this house and it was great. We maximized all of the space in the house- which admittedly has a bit of a funky layout to fit in this many rooms—but we had plenty of space to spread out and hang out despite having the max size group for the rental. „My husband and I rented this house for our daughters, their spouses and my four grandchildren. This property is even more beautiful in person. Had all the amenities and more. We had the best time hanging out on the dock and riding out on Lake Gaston. We had a memorable time and would love to do it again.“

„The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! The best VRBO we have ever rented!!!! Will book again when in the area.“
