„Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only.“

„We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out.“

„I booked this house for the bridal party in a recent wedding I was in and it was perfect. The house far exceeded expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the second level was like its own hotel equipped with coffee maker and two giant vanities with mirrors in each room. The kitchen area also had plenty of room for the hair and makeup artists to do their thing the day of. Only thing I would recommend is an extra mirror in the basement bathroom/bedroom. It's the only one without ...

Meals on the deck with a gentle breeze, walks in the woods -- nature immersion with the fun of town just a step away. „We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!“

„The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it.“
