„Great cabin with a great host. The view was great and very close to town. We rode our SXS to the park from the cabin all weekend with no issues. It’s about a 12 min ride to the park. “

„I loved my stay! Very clean and comfortable. There were a few ants in the kitchen but it didn't bother me much and had been treated by pest control. Location right by the lake was perfect. The whole community was quite lovely and inviting. My little issue was the lack of kitchen knives for cutting fruits and veggies. There were a couple tiny knives and a bread knife, but nothing like a chef's knife. No peeler either. Maybe I just missed it?? I made due but those seem like regular kitchen items ...

„Our family of four (children 6 & 8) loved the tee pee and the property. The unit was clean and well appointed for cooking simple meals. The pool was so much fun for the kids and we loved the hot tub for relaxing. The farm animals on property and basketball court were a fun plus. Location was great- about 30 mins both to downtown Chattanooga and Rock City. We will definitely be back and check out other rentals in the development. This would be perfect to bring a group and everyone rent their own ...

„Overall enjoyable experience with the highlights being the view of the river and bluff from the decks. Bradley was very prompt at responding to messages which is always appreciated. There are lots of sleeping spaces in this house! The only drawback is that 3 of the bedrooms are connected so privacy may be an issue depending on the nature of your group. The kitchen is very well stocked which we enjoyed and appreciated.The outdoor spaces are also great but unfortunately it was a little cool and ...

„The family had a great time while we celebrated Thanksgiving together. The views from the property are spectacular. We knew the area and were able to find the property with little issues. However, if you are new to the area, you might find the property a little difficult to find. Don't worry it is worth the short though winding drive. The kitchen has very nice appliances but be careful with your fingers and the microwave. It got all of us at some point. The location of the downstairs bathroom is ...

„Everything was perfect on the Host's end. The weather didn't cooperate with me having an outdoor fire but there is a pit available. You may want to buy firewood on your way up. The wood they had available was too wet to burn. That's just winter weather though. Hot tub was fantastic. Loved watching the night fog roll in. Also loved waking up and being above the clouds over the valley below. 4 stars for location ONLY because the fog crept up so fast that it was actually a dangerous and treacherous ...

„We had a great time enjoying each others company!! It was secluded and perfect for quiet time and relaxation for a few days. “

„We had a big group of adults with cars on a climbing trip - this property was big enough to be comfy for all of us, plenty of space and 4 bathrooms so no fighting over showers, lots of parking. There's only 1 key so we had to do a bit of negotiation when we went separate ways during the day, but that was minor. Overall we loved this spot and would stay again.“

„This was my third stay here. The fact that I keep returning says enough. Excellent hosts. The property is well kept. Never had a problem.“
