„I really enjoyed staying this property, nice staff, cleanliness of the property 👍, except for the master room shower needs a deep cleaning has some dirty stain marks/mold. We showered with our sandals on. Also, it would be great if there was an AC in the rooms was really hot and stuffy. There was ceiling fan and portable fan but it was still hot. Will definitely stay here again. 👍🙂“

„Property is well maintained, and clean. For those trying to be close to the consulate this location is perfect. Only a couple of blocks away. The local manager was pleasant and honest. We left some things behind and they quickly responded and left it in the front desk for us to pick up. Recommend“

„The only issue we had was there was no AC and only one stand up fan that was falling apart. I spoke to the prepped manager and they are working on the issue. Overall experience was great! “

"Das Hotel ist schön und luxuriös, für mich als Raucher aber völlig ungeeignet: Es hat weder Balkone, noch sonst einen angenehmen Platz, wo man rauchen kann. Man muss also vor die Tür gehen und dort rauchen, was überhaupt nicht luxuriös ist. Für mich ist das Hotel Barceló das beste Hotel in Guatemala."

"Avons passé 3 nuits au Hyatt Centric Guatemala (une à l’arrivée au Guatemala et 2 autres à la fin de nos vacances). Hôtel localisé proche de l’aéroport. Parking pratique et gratuit. Confort de la chambre et de la literie au top. Plusieurs restaurants localisés aux alentours de l’hôtel. Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour."

You found the place!

"Stop Looking, you found the place! Service top, breakfast in a restaurant, food great, rooms small, but contain all you need and smartly decorated. Staff is extraordinary, they are more then great. Located in a great and vibrating spot, the Hotel is ideal for a city trip. Easy footwalk to the north and south. Small gym available on 17th floor and some common area too. Try the Avo toast for breakfast! Coffee made with love!"
