„My wife and I stayed in this property for 3 nights over Christmas. This has to be the most convenient location in CB! It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the bus to take you up to the base area to ski. Walk the other way on Elk Ave. and you have every restaurant and shop in CB within a 5 minute walk. The unit itself is nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. Beth was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again! “

„Owner was very nice and accomodating. The home is in a quiet , nice neighborhood, only 1-1/2 blocks to Transit Center an easy walk with skis and boots to catch the Town Ski Bus Shuttle to the Resort. The town is so quaint and pretty with all the Christmas lights and lots of snow - it was fun to walk to the downtown for dinner.“

„Great little cabin in the community of Marble Co. Came over Christmas with my two children, we were looking for a cozy cabin to spend Christmas in and this was perfect. It is SMALL. It's very clean though, with comfortable sleeping for up to 5 people (we were 3). All the beds were comfortable including the air mattress-sofa twin. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some meals. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to make use of the teepee but it is exactly as pictured . We were even ...

We had 12-18" of snowfall during our December stay, and the winding private road to the house was always plowed and passable with 4WD, although I would not recommend it with a 2WD vehicle during the winter.“

He got the neighbors together and pulled us out. Then he shoveled our driveway while we were unpacking. Great hosts as well, excellent communication. Just a wonderful time!“

„We enjoyed our time at the Cascadilla house in CB South. We frequent the CB / Gunnison area once a year and try different VRBOs. This one was very nice. Spacious, even though we did not use the basement level. Very comfortable with great views. We even heard elk bugling at night. The shower has great water pressure. Only complaint was the coffee pot was slow and coffee was not hot. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. “

„We stayed at this property for a long ski weekend with two dogs and a 1 year old. It was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It’s a three block walk to the ski bus stop and the beginning of downtown. Very quaint neighborhood, quiet, dog-friendly. We would definitely go back!“

„We were visiting family in Crested Butte South and wanted a clean, cosy and spacious place to stay close by. The apartment was perfect for us with all the amenities we needed and beautiful views over the valley. Would definitely recommend!! “
