„I loved the house and the Small Town it was located in. The people were very nice. The house was very clean. It took a minute to figure out the flush handle, but it was nice. It was a learning experience being away from it all. “

„Access to the property was easy and just as described in the communication from the owner. They’ve done a great job turning this into a Vrbo rental. You have everything that you need and of course all of the rooms were clean. I wish we had more time to enjoy it but we were downtown for an event. We plan to stay again. I think some friends that came by to see us plan to rent it later on as well. The only “complaint” is that we are used to a King bed and these are smaller. It worked out ...

„Fern cave is very conveniently located between Caprock Canyon State Park and Quitaque. It is nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here during future visits to the area. “
