„From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. „We booked this property for an extended holiday/football weekend, and it worked out perfectly. The property manager, Gina was great with communications, and preparing the property to our needs with a toddler. On arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities, food, snacks and toiletries that were stocked in the kitchen and throughout the home. „The duplex is nice and located in a quiet part of Ames. The home is a bit older, but has some nice updates. If you like a firm mattress, you’ll love the bed! We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us as well.“

„This house is super cute and in a perfect location for staying in Ames during a ISU football game weekend. It was clean, looks exactly as pictured, is on a quiet street, comfortable beds, plenty of space for our extended family group of 9 adults. The only thing to be mindful of is the temperature control, specifically upstairs. „We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!“

„We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! “
