„This property is AMAZING! It has little amenities around the house, a kitchen that has cookware, and the area was quiet. Parking on a Friday night can be tricky due to its location near The Corn Palace, but overall a fantastic place!! Highly recommend!“

„Overall space was very good for our family gathering. The facility was setup perfectly with bedrooms at the back of the gathering space. The interior had some cleaning issues, the clothes dryer didn't work, and the table and chairs were very wobbly. Luckily we had a set of tools along to get them safe and secure. „Some cleaning issues. Bed Rooms were clean and nice. There was Stuff in garage and back patio that should have been cleaned up. Didn't affect our stay though. Nice place. Will stay there again. Worked well for us!!“

„The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience.“

„The site pictures are not representative of the actual property condition. The building is run down. In front of the entrance is a "junkyard" bench car seat for the guests. The room was humid, dingy, and smelled like mold. The overall impression was so bad we left without staying for the night.“

„I would like to send you pictures of the deferred maintenance and ants. Do you have a way I can send picture? Also, the walls are paper thin and the TV volume locked in very low. I couldn't hear the TV over the noisy neighbors. No way to adjust volume.“

„We were so fortunate to find this cozy cottage in Bridgewater. My husband and I stayed a week as we helped our daughter and family move to their new farmhouse in Emery. The kitchen was adequate to prepare full meals, and a washer/dryer for a week’s stay was a blessing. Alicen is the perfect owner/hostess/Bridgewater Ambassador. We would definitely return. “
