„Good nice cabin. Loved the view of the water but deck area and boat house is in need of major repair. Had a flood earlier this year (7 months ago) and stairs leading to boat dock fell down or collapsed while trying to go up them. Couldn’t use boat dock after 1st day there. No other way to get to boathouse so I had to launch boat daily. Cabin needs leveled badly but the cabin is very nice! Thanks“

„Nice property. The check in process was good but there was nothing included about how to work the A/C. After searching for a thermostat for several minutes, I realized that it's controlled by a Remote Control and it was in Celsius temps so it was confusing. I finally found a video online how to change it to Fahrenheit. The actual property was good and comfortable. No complaints. Easy to get to from Caddo State Park and Backwater Jacks. “
