„Die Unterkunft ist gut erreichbar und hat ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und diverse Lokale sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief nur online, hat aber perfekt funktioniert. Das Apartment ist ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Einige Kleinreparaturen würden ihm gut tun.“

„Lage des Appartements ist super und die Aussicht traumhaft. Kleinigkeiten fehlen zur vollen Bewertung: Sauberkeit nicht perfekt, fehlendes Handtuch und kaputter Türgriff. Ärgerlich zudem: Zugangscode zur Wohnung war am Abreisetag bereits vor dem Check-Out-Zeitpunkt abgelaufen, das geht gar nicht. Zum Glück war noch jemand von uns in der Wohnung.“

„Leider entsprach die "Tolle Villa" nicht den Erwartungen, die man an ein Objekt dieser Bezeichnung und Preiskategorie stellen kann. Es war nicht gründlich gereinigt, es gab Dinge wie abgebrochene Fensterriegel, defekte Haushaltsgeräte, kaputte Lampen, ungeordnetes Chaos in den Küchenschränken, gebrochene Regale im Kühlschrank usw. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig, nicht aber "like a villa". Für zwei Gäste waren nur "Behelfsbetten" aufgestellt, eine Matratze auf dem Boden und ein Metall-Klappbett. ...

„We liked it here a lot. The Apartment is close to the sea in a quiet neighbourhood yet you can get easily to central Reykjavik with car or bus (or take a long walk by the sea). There is all neccessairy equipment in Kitchen and bathroom and you can wash and dry clothes in a room in the basement. Everything in the apartment was really clean. The host is really friendly and helpful e.g. with food recommendations or questions about road conditions. We got a message or a knock at the door when ...

„Siggi is a perfect and extremely kind host, and the home is a wonderful starting point to explore Iceland. Seltjarnarnes is a great place, with the grotta lighthouse, bird shores, the Kvika footbath and the wonderful hill panoramic view in short walking distances. The bikes and the very close bus station are perfect for Reykjavik, and the robust Subaru kindly provided by Siggi lead us to many incredible experiences. Thanks a lot for wonderful holidays!“

„Nice apartment, lots of space for the 4 of us. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Apartment was easy to get to with the vehicle and only a 15 minute drive to downtown. Close to Costco and grocery stores. Hot tub was nice but not a true hot tub as to Cdn standards as it didn't have jets. Plenty of hot water.“

„Everything was great about this property location. A Supermarket across the road, several cafes nearby and a next level Domino’s Pizza. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was waiting an additional 45 minutes after we arrived at 3.15pm (check in was 3pm) to be able to access the room, we were absolutely tired after travelling all night and touring during the day. “

„To start with the check in process is self serve and extremely easy, proper instructions are given. The location is in close proximity to all amenities, grocey and gas just across the street, attractions are close by through a drive as well. The unit is spacious and has all utilities, it was like a home away from home! Best of all, the communication is impressive, any questions are answered with a fast response time, are helpful and guide properly.“
