„The home was clean Very nice neighborhood and relaxing.couple items like the grill was not clean so we did not use it and the grass was a little overgrown. Overall, it was a very nice home. Good communication with the homeowner.“

„Check in was very easy. Had a few questions and the contact person was very quick to respond and helpful. House is great and spacious. We came to visit with family and they were able to come to us instead of us trying to meet up with all of them at a restaurant or something. It was a wonderful time. “

„My home on the Nature Coast was flooded from Hurricane Helene. One week later Hurricane Milton was set to hit our location. The home I rented kept me and my two dogs safe from the damage from that storm. The home was beautiful and very clean. The large yard edged with trees was perfect for walking my dogs. The owners were easy to work with and went out of their to make sure that we were safe and that all went well for us.“

„Our stay was amazing! Great communication with property owners. House was very clean. Perfect location on the river. Loved walking right out to the water. Saw so many manatees with babies and dolphins's. Right out back. Used their kayaks to travel the river. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Bend. They had everything we need for our stay. Publix close by for food shopping. Buccaneer Bay was 10 mins away. Will definitely be back again.“

„We had a great time. The property was nice. It did appear upon checking in, that the tub had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, but that was a minor detail. Overall, it was what we expected. Nice to be right on the river!“
