„Great 1 BR condo in the quiet and delightful Nikki Residences. Condo was well equipped and our host was easy to reach and issues were quickly resolved. The complex has a small restaurant and swim-up bar open Thursday through Sunday. The beach is delightful, the pool is very nice and it is close to Rio Hato and Playa Blanca.aclose to Rio Hato“

„It was spotless and the owner was super responsive to any questions I had, right away! The property needs little things here and there Nighttables (none in the Master) Trash cans in bathrooms No cutlery knives (perhaps someone took them???) Detailed instructions on Wifi, TV, oven, would be nice. Had to reach out a few times to figure things out.“

„Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again.“

„My son and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Lovely area with a restaurant a short walk away. The private pool was a great bonus. The hosts were very accommodating and always available to answer questions about the many amenities in the area. We would highly recommend this rental. “

„This was our second time staying in Buenaventura. This condo was beautifully decorated, located in one of the best locations for families, and was very spacious. The amenities are exactly as the host described and Alexander was available for any questions the entire stay. Our group consisted of a wide age range from young children to grandparents and the condo was perfect for all. „Upon arrival our names and vehicle information werent on entry list to property. After 3 calls we were able to contact host. Property for the most part was clean and had every appliance needed to include washer and dryer. Upon inspection of upper floor bathroom i found a crack and unevenness in tub and broken drawers i took photos and and sent to host so that he was made aware and didnt use bathroom as there were 2 other downstairs what i thought was minor inconvenience. „We were impressed with the place, beautiful grounds, an outdoor kitchen, very close to attractions. The hosts were so friendly, it made our experience very special that we definitely want to return.“

„ The facilities were not bad, everything else was horrible. This IS NOT a luxury apartment. We arrived and the room was 85 degrees at least, and were told it will cool down in a while, was probably 3-4 hours. There were no bath towels, then they gave us 4 full-size towels. No other small towels, or a shower mat. They did eventually get us a shower mat. Also, no kitchen dish towels or dish rags were there, told them and we never did get any. Also no dish detergent was provided, and no can ...

"Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, immer Grillstation,mehrere Sorten Fleisch,beef, Chicken, Fisch,Vor- und Nachspeisen.Restaurant etwas laut, aber für die vielen Gäste nötig. Die Zimmer liegen oben am Hang, Restaurant und Pool und Strand unten, dadurch mehrmals am Tag ca. 100 Treppen steigen. Der Duschkopf im Zimmer war kaum schwenkbar, sodass die Dusche nie ganz sauber würde,ein Minus! Abendshows recht spät,21:30. Mehrere Pools und Meer waren super. Rutschen waren leider selten in Betrieb? "
