„Sehr schöne Wohnungen im Altbau. Tolle Wohngegend. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider aber sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn über uns haben nachts die Waschmaschine und den Trockner laufen lassen. Das hört man leider deutlich. Ansonsten nettes Shoppingviertel fußläufig erreichbar. Für Erkundungen rund um Tampa sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden wiederkommen.“

„We are 5 couples, long-time friends, who enjoy gathering and enjoying each others company. We found this private resort after our 5 bedroom VRBO on Indian Rocks Beach sustained hurricane damage. The resort facility offered such terrific amenities, we were happy to make the discovery and change. We sure enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and there were many other amenities we that made the stay enjoyable. „I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. “

„An sich war es völlig okay, aber der Whirlpool konnte nur vom Besitzer angeschaltet werden was nur 1 mal geklappt hat in den 4 tagen, da auf unsere email auch keine antworten kam erst am Tag vor der Abreise. Das Sofa ist komplett fleckig und das wäscheparfüm war zu viel das ganze Haus roch danach.“

„In all my travels for seven years with the blue angels, this is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. I did not know that the owner had sent me a code and I had to call her at about midnight after flying in to get the code and she was so sweet about the whole situation and then I had to call her back once more and again there was no hesitation in helping me out. „First off the owners of the property were super accommodating. They even brought us a delicious fresh avocado from their tree. The home was beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was incredible! We spent most of our week in the pool. Sadly we did not see any dolphins 😞 The available kayaks were a nice touch! You don’t get that little extra at most places. “

„Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? “

„The house is in a decent neighborhood. Had a little trouble with the code at first but finally figured it out. When we arrived the thermostat was off and the temperature was showing 50 degrees in the house because there had recently been a cold spell to hit the Tampa area. It took most of the night for the house to reach a comfortable temp. We quickly found out the TV's did not work. It took some effort to get in touch with the owner but when we finally made contact he tried everything possible ...

„This place is huge and has plenty of rooms. Needs a little TLC, but Derek the owner is very cooperative. If I made a request, he made it happen. My 50th birthday party was amazing. I was able to put up all the decorations I wanted, giving it a special touch, making it my own for our stay. I would definitely come back again!“

„Booked this place last min after my other reservation got cancelled. Overall we liked the place, it's spacious, beds are comfortable, check in and check out process was very easy, and hot tub was definitely a plus since it was too cold to use the pool. Host charges a 75 fee for an extra 2h for early check in and late check out. Cleaning team needs to be more thorough- bathtub and shower were dirty, as well as bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets and under bed. Couch is very comfy but has a huge ...

„I (f) stayed with my daughter for 3 nights and it was perfect. Cute, clean, safe. VRBO directions for entry and parking were initially incorrect but hosts sent clear, prompt messages that cleared up the minor confusion. They were great to work with. It is very small (as they make clear) but it worked very well for us. We did not use the jacuzzi but it seemed as described. About 7 minutes from the Tampa Convention Center. “

„Generally we liked the studio apartment. The screened pool area was really nice. The king size bed was comfortable. It was a bit dark so we needed lights on all the time and the kitchenette in particular could use some more light. Sime tea owels, hand towels and some shelves in the kitchen would be appreciated.“
