„It is close to a JR station and a metro station, convenient to get around Osaka and to places outside Osaka. The area is also quiet, the room is clean and appliances provided were thoughtful and useful. There are also food places nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.“

„Das Hotel war großartig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Fussläufig ist die Station Hommachi gut erreichbar und je 2 Stationen weiter ist Namba und Umeda gut erreichbar. “

„Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time.“

„This hotel is absolutely amazing. We learned it opened about a month ago. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and was so very clean and the decor was inviting. The bathroom is just as amazing. It was large with a sauna and a separate glassed room with a shower and tub. The hotel offers free coffee, lattes etc at all times with a state of the art machine in the lobby. „Wir hatten zu 3 einen moderate Room. Er war sauber und für 5 Tage ausreichend gross. Es gibt kein Personal im Haus. Es hat aber alles super geklappt mit Check in und out. Die Lage ist super. Lebensmittelgeschäfte 1 min zum gehen. Nikishimarkt 10 min gehen. Gerne wieder.“

„Spacious and beautiful room with a great kitchen and a very friendly staff. Perfect location - next to a 24h Fresco, 2 min to the bus station, 5 min to the subway, and in walking distance (10min) to the shopping streets and famous sights. The baggage storage was a lifesaver since our flight was late in the night. “

"Grundsätzlich okay - Wände könnten mal wieder gestrichen werden. Sonst alles ok. Es gibt 3 Waschmaschinen, wenn derjenige der sie vorher benutzt die Wäsche rausholt hat man auch eine Chance zu waschen… wir sind nicht glücklich gewesen. Das Hotel hatte hierfür keine Lösung"

"Wir hatten dank Hotels.com/Expedia VIP-Status ein upgrade bekommen auf ein Zimmer (44 m) auf der 28 Etage. Mit einem schönen Blick auf die Stadt und die Bucht von Kobe. Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut. Das Hotel hat direkte Verbindung zur Shinkansen-Station Shin-Kobe. Absolut empfehlenswert!"
