„We were coming to Cedar Rapids for my grandson’s wedding, I am 80 and a dear friend of the family is 88 so we very much appreciate the front bedroom with private bathroom for her. I was so nice to come back and visit together in the living room. My only complaint would have liked a handrail next to mailbox to help make those2 steps into entrance. „Just leaving now and wanted to write this before I forgot anything. We were in town to see our former billet son play hockey. The proximity to the ice arena could not have been better! In addition to that we were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold so we didn’t take advantage of that too much, but the house was warm and cozy. „My spouse and I traveled to Cedar Rapids to spend some time with our granddaughter who attends Coe College. We stayed for 3 nights. The fenced in back yard was great for my 2 dogs. Kathleen was very responsive to all questions that I had. We are planning to fo back next year when our granddaughter attends Coe College again.“

„The area is fun to explore and seems very safe to be around. The house was great. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but Regan had someone out immediately to check it and all was good. The entire visit if I sent a message the response was almost immediate. This was very refreshing over some of my previous hosts. I would highly recommend this booking to anyone. “

„Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. We made it work, but worth noting if you are like me and just assumed there is a kitchen! It's really more like a glorified hotel suite than what I think of as a ...

"Nice hotel in downtown Iowa City. The most reasonably priced Hyatt I have ever stayed at. Great room on top floor of high rise building. Great bed, great bathroom and shower… Breakfast also very nice… the only draw back is that parking costs extra. But in this town… parking is expensive anywhere downtown,"
