„Our family of 5 adults and 4 children stayed at the Woodland house from December 21 to 25. Our daughter's family of 5 that lives in the area joined us during the day. The house has plenty of room up and down. The basement area was especially nice for the kids and adults to play with plenty of space for cards, playing pool or ping pong. Full size laundry was very helpful. We contacted the host a couple times for needed items (wine glasses and tv remotes). They responded in a timely manner. ...

„Me and my girlfriend needed a place to be by ourselves for a weekend and it was perfect. It was clean and had everything it needed. It was quite cold, so be prepared for that if you’re staying in the winter. Very excellent!“

„ Bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space were perfect for a large family get together. House is stocked with little extras to help make your stay perfect. The hot tub was not working and the sink in the party barn was out of order, but otherwise fantastic!“

„We had a church group attending a conference in the area. Most of us were up at the Renwick, but the guest house was a great inexpensive option for three extra bedrooms. The house is quaint and well kept. “

„This home was very nice and large. We only needed 4 of the 5 bedrooms and we were never cramped for space. We were there for a wedding and my elderly parents this gave my elderly parents a nice place to relax between wedding events. Much more comfortable than a hotel would have been at approximately the same price for the number of rooms we needed. We would definitely recommend!“

„My family and I decided to book the black barn for Christmas and my sister’s 50th birthday week. The location, cleanliness, indoor pool area, and views were exactly what we were looking for. The owners were very attentive and replied quickly. We will definitely stay at this property again next time we’re in Dubuque to visit my sister. One more perk for skier’s is that Sundown mountain is less than 5 minutes away. Everything was perfect. Thanks again!!“

„We spent a week and enjoyed every minute! Loved the quiet little corner we were in and the neighbor gentleman was very nice! Came at the end of the season so the weather was perfect and we had all the windows open. Great time! “

"Nice hotel in downtown Iowa City. The most reasonably priced Hyatt I have ever stayed at. Great room on top floor of high rise building. Great bed, great bathroom and shower… Breakfast also very nice… the only draw back is that parking costs extra. But in this town… parking is expensive anywhere downtown,"
