„I have nothing but gushing reviews for my Makanda Cabin stay. The cabin was easy to navigate to. When I opened the door I found a clean, comfortable, well appointed place, with two good size bedrooms, living room with fireplace, a bathroom stocked with plenty of towels and soap. There was a basket full of treats on the kitchen table. Hangers were in the closets, luggage rack and lots of shelves to organise wedding and hiking clothing. I could truly relax there. „I would definitely recommend this cabin for all events and all gatherings it's cozy, beautiful property, clean and I felt like home... we came Illinois to visit our grandkids we brought them to the property they had a great time we were able to go see Giant City Park we had a wonderful time 10 out of 10 five stars will be staying again next time.“

„This house was perfect for three (or four) couples. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the house was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the pool was already closed and it rained the whole weekend. But we still had a great time playing games and watching football. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again. “

We expected rustic and that's one of the places charms. There were many positives such as a ping-pong table, plenty of sleeping space, and lots of television options.
