„My family joined me for a wonderful trip to Brightstone. We fell in love. Our hosts were phenomenal and so helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they are very helpful. The house contained everything we needed. The photos of the listing are accurate but photos do not do justice to the setting. The beautiful lake is amazing. The hiking trails were fun for the grandkids and we saw wild turkeys and other critters. We are planning a return trip next summer and cannot wait ...

You were easy to get a hold of when we needed anything and you were pleasant to chat with. I was also really impressed by the accessibility features of the home. When my mom came by, she could easily get around on the lower level, which saved everyone a lot of stress. The couch was patched together with tape, the toilet was covered in hair, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, the bathmat was dirty with grime and what might have been dog poop. The bathroom had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dust, hair, and dirt. There were 2 packages of moldy food in the fridge. The blankets had not been washed. The pillowcases had dirty marks on them, and the extra bedding was ...

The house is very clean and has plenty of room for 5 of us and a small dog. the drive between the campus and the house is nice easy driving. The house is walking distance to stores, but when you're fishing on the river, you feel like you're out in the countryyour“

"Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war ganz okay, die Auswahl an Obst hätte mehr sein können. Gemüse gab es gar nicht. Der Roomservice hat überhaupt nicht gut funktioniert. Es hieß alle 3 Tage Service. Das ist eine lange Zeit Dann habe an der Rezeption gebeten, das alle 2 Tage Service gemacht wird. Das hat auch nicht geklappt. In 6 Tagen nur 1 Mal Roomservice ist definitiv zu wenig. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich einen besseren Service. Ich bitte um eine Entschädigung für diese Umstände. "
