„The place was perfect, better than the pictures. Excellent location in walking distance to multiple places even though the temperatures were below freezing. Loved the flavored coffee pod selection. Would’ve liked some creamer. Occasionally heard noise from the next-door neighbors that shared wall, but that was only when I was in the bathroom. Comfortable bed wonderful pillows loved it!“

„It makes no sense to stay in a hotel when this unit is available. Perfect for a single or couple. Close to Chevy Chase and downtown. Very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Dru is a first class host. Very attentive. “

„This house set up was perfect for four good friends from out of town going to see a performance at the Lexington Opera House. The kitchen was nice and updated, the living room was great and comfy for socializing and we each had our own bedroom for privacy. Would definitely come back again if we're in the area.“

„Nice house in a central location. We didn’t have to go far to hit distilleries or good food. We enjoyed a short visit but it was jam packed with enjoyment. We enjoyed Buffalo, Castle and Key and the amazing Woodford. Thanks! “

„The property was very clean. Thought it was nice that they left some snacks in a couple sample bottles of the local brown water.Only critique is the bed could have been a little more comfortable and a whole lot quieter and I would suggest leaving some dish cloths and some dawn detergent to help with dish cleanup“

„Posting is exactly as the property is and more! This place is perfect for friends and family. Perfect meeting of fun and relaxation. Host was amazing, quick response, accommodating and thoughtful. Quick and easy to many local restaurants and distilleries. 100/100 would recommend and we hope to stay again in the future. Absolutely top notch!“

„The house was fabulous. It was old, big, beautiful and clean; full of character. It was nice to have a pool table, slot machine and an assortment of games to play. The host provided snacks, coffee, water, shampoos & conditioners. Anything you'd need. The house was five minutes from Buffalo Trace and downtown Frankfort. The only downside was the neighborhood. It is very run down, but we felt COMPLETELY SAFE. Side note - Goodwood had great food & cocktails and so did The Stave. “

„Overall, the property is wonderful and we had a great two days celebrating our dad’s birthday! 11 adults were there in total. I was satisfied and would stay again— just posting here for others who may be considering and would like details. Of course it was January when we stayed— so summer may make a diff but the temperature was inconsistent in different rooms— particularly the room off the downstairs master. There are only 2 tvs— one in the fireplace room downstairs (which we never found the ...

„We don’t have a single complaint or suggestion. It was so clean, and it had everything we needed. The beds, linens, and furniture were so comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We loved that it had the charm of an older home, but with all modern conveniences. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate with the property manager. We will be back. “

„The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance. ...

„Our friends' group of 11 had a wonderful stay @ this property in downtown Frankfort. The accommodations were great with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, and the common areas were comfortable as were the bedrooms. We loved the walkability of the downtown and were well positioned to travel the area from the rental location. Highly recommend!“

„The house was great, even better than pictures. Game room was fantastic and everything worked properly, was a very fun place to hang out and get a little friendly competition going between friends. The hot tub was in the best condition I’ve ever seen from a bnb rental. Water was clear all the jets worked the lid was easy to operate not broken and waterlogged. In my experience the hot tubs at rentals are always in some sort of disarray so this was a very pleasent change from the norm. House was ...

"Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Im Bad waren alle notwendigen Artikel vorhanden. Abzüge gibt es für das nicht vorhandene Frühstück (wahrscheinlich Fehler von Expedia, nicht vom Hotel, aber dennoch mir angekündigt) und für den Empfang, da die Kollegin nicht einmal wusste, welche Veranstaltungen im Ort stattfinden. Alles andere passte gut."

"Gutes Hotel am Stadtrand inkl. Pool. Das Hotel wirkt leider etwas abgewohnt mit sehr dunklen Zimmern und uralten Möbeln. Ansosten jedoch alles sehr gut. In der Nacht sehr ruhig und ein tolles Frühstück."
