„We stayed here for a 5 day elk hunt. The place was very nice (too bad the hunting wasn’t). The only downside is there is no TV in the living space. Otherwise the place was very clean and very nice. Would recommend “

„Our 10 nights at the Deer Shed was a home away from home. Liz and Scott are the kindest hosts. The cabin was so clean, nicely designed, and filled with everything you will need: to cook, shower, do laundry, sleep, etc.... The view was so amazing! We spent a lot of time in the evening on the porch watching the sunset and the stars appear. We brought our spotting scope and it was a treat to see the antelope, turkeys, and herds of horses off in the distance. Sometimes their sweet dogs and cats ...

„My husband and I were passing through ( I am traveling on business)- We wanted a break from hotels so we rented this place for 2 nights. It was great to relax under the stars and beautiful sights of deer in the morning with the horses in the field next door. I wish we could've stayed longer! Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin!“

„The goal of the guy's trip was to visit Crazy Woman Canyon. The cabin location was perfect. The cabin was comfortable and well-appointed. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. The sound of the creek was awesome. Marshall was a great host always available to answer our questions. Look forward to returning again!“

„We absolutely loved staying here! Enough clean bedding, towels, bathroom amenities, and washer/dryer with laundry soap provided. The place was new, clean and loved the decor. Beds were very comfortable and the window shades were very nice to block out the sunlight. We forgot where we were and what time it was in the morning because it was so nice and dark, quiet and comfy. A+ and 5 stars for sure!! If we are ever in Sheridan again, we definitely will stay again! “

„The cabin itself was super cute and cozy. The only issues we had were that there was used coffee in the filter still and the floors were somewhat dirty. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for if it’s left dirty. The location was beautiful with deer and Turkey and the weather was great for this time of year “

„A surprise around every corner. We loved the history of the place. The cute personal touches like family photos & the stores very own eye spy book made it unique. The kids never got bored. And the homemade gift of banana bread made it feel as if we were visiting family“

„We were traveling through with my elderly mom and needed somewhere with a recliner. I happened to find this quickly and it was perfect! Great kitchen, plenty of bedrooms, well taken care of, the deer in the morning were our favorite. Unfortunately there is a huge fire, so we didn’t get to catch a lot of the views, but we will definitely stay again if we travel back through!! “

„This was an awesome place. It was just my brother & I taking our 1st vacation together since we were 14 & 15 yrs old. What a cabin. It has everything you need. An awesome deck right at Big Goose Creek, and you never get tired of the sound. But its the only sound you hear as it is incredibly quiet. And it was so nice to smell clean air, pine trees, sage brush. We were visited by a flock wild turkeys the first morning, and there are deer around. Beds were very comfortable and I had forgotten ...

„It’s a great cabin. Very quiet and peaceful. The host is great with communication. The cabin is very clean and has what you need. His dog is the best greeter!“
