„Perfect for the group family stay with enough to slightly seperate the individual sleeping areas but bring us together in the socialising areas. Beach was a blink away, outdoor areas covered for rain and sun. All cooking condiments ( and coffee) available for a few days use.“

„Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, laundry bach so close to beautiful Ruakākā beach. We all - our teens and dog loved it. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather to try the BBQ/kayaks but great outdoor shower to wash off after a dip “

„Accommodation was great. Nice and quiet surroundings. Kayaks were included in the price. Well equipped. Only towels and linen you needed to bring. It depends on the people who used it before if there is soap and rubbish bags, etc. available or not. Fruit trees to use :) Fast and good comminication with the host.“

„We stayed here 5 years ago and bought our kids back last weekend. They're older now (and there's an extra one) yet still the magic of this property was so special. The joy that they had here - all the little touches and treats. It was so cool. Plus we loved the chance to unplug, the birdsong and serenity. It was a stunning break! Thank you for having us :)“

Good hotel choice in Orewa

"Overall good hotel right at the water. We had a room without sea view, quiet with parking directly in front of the room. Bed was super comfy, however the room could've had a little more thought put into it. There were no electrical outlets next to the bed, plus the switch for the night stand lights could not be reached when lying in bed. The windows could not be closed, so we had bugs inside. The bathroom did not have a fan to expel the moist air, which causes problems on the ceiling. In addition to that, the joints in the shower could use some extended cleaning or replacement. Overall good (8/10) but some room for improvement."
