„Sehr gepflegt Anlage mit eigenen kurzen Wanderwegen und einer Aussichtsplattform mit Blick auf den Golf von Nicoya. Wir hatten ein Junior Cottage und es war alles perfekt. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Rundum alles super und nur zu empfehlen. Fussläufig (2-3Min) ist eine Bäckerei/Cafe, ein Supermarkt und mehrere gute Restaurants entfernt. Ich kann Los Pinos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

„Close to all in Montverde. Beautiful gardens. We had a car so everything was easily accessible. Abit dated but clean and well maintained. I loved the kitchen. A great homebase for Montverde,'s attractions. “

„Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. “

„The bed was good. No hot water and no WiFi. We checked out early. It would be good if you just wanted to relax and not get out much. Far from activities and a 4-wheel drive vehicle is needed if you get rain. Rough roads.“

„My husband and I went here for our Anniversary and we were not disappointed. Everyone from Patrick, his wife, the housekeeper made us feel welcome. The drivers were like family by the end of the day, Miguel and Luis are the best! Patrick was a great help suggesting and helping plan our tours. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy yourself.“

„This home is special even though it poured most of our week there. We were told by several locals and neighbors that the torrential rain was unusual for January ( we thought we were going during the dry season). Luckily the house has several areas protected from the rain and we saw many dozens of incredible birds we had never seen in the U.S. Also had Coati wandering through the backyard.We highly recommend this home.One thing to know is that the roads closest to the house are very curvy and ...

„Leider befinden sich 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer und eines der beiden Bäder in einem großen Raum, der nach oben hin offen ist. Daher ist eine Privatsphäre in diesen Räumen leider nicht möglich. Sonst super mit einer tollen und sehr feundlichen betreuung direkt aus dem Nachbarhaus.“

Die Lage ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und sichere Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Zu Fuss ist es durch einen steilen Hang relativ anstrengnd zu kommen. „We had a great stay here for 5 nights. Beautiful location with nice views. The local restaurants are some of the best we had on our trips so no need to go to La Fortuna and spend more for less. I highly recommend this place and would come back. “

„Amazing volcano view cabin within walking distance of many attractions like kayaking and bike rentals! The drive way is a bit steep, but over all easy to get to and driving distance to many Costa Rica classic destinations like La Fortuna waterfall, hot springs, and the Arenal volcano.“

Raul was the most helpful and friendly host - he even pulled our car out of a ditch! Lillian's dinner was from heaven - perfect meal for our family after arriving from a long day of travel. „The house is so cute and cozy! It has everything that you may need for your stay. From the kitchen to the different rooms, everything is set. It is private and the lake was indeed in front. It was clean and the communication with the owner was very easy. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, that is absolutely your place. We got rainy days which made it hard to enjoy the lake. It was also far from activities so anywhere we wanted to go took us at least an hour and a half. “

„We loved the house. It is perfect for two friends. An upstairs and and a downstairs apartment. Both cozy and the basics. We loved climbing the spiral staircase to get to the third floor. There is a porch swing with gorgeous views of the lake and the volcano. Easily walk to several local places to eat and mini-market. Loved it here.“

"The view from our room/tiny house on Lake Arenal was just wonderful, embedded in the green hills and the sound of many different birds. The sourrounding garden of La Mansion Inn Arenal was kept lovely. We also enjoyed the tasty brekfast, although the menu was rather small. We really recommend to try the delecious meals that are serverd for dinner. The service of the receptionist was very friendly, professional (good English) and helpful. "
