„Love the location of this condo. The pool is nice and it is only about 10 -15 mins walk to the beach. Also, there is a sidewalk so you are not walking on the main road with cars and trucks and motorbikes. There is a small grocery store located at the front of the condo and it has everything including meat and vegetables and fruits. The only thing I would fault this place is the mattress. We rented unit 9 and we were basically sleeping on boxspring. There is no pillow top on the mattress and we ...

„Wir waren im August 2013 eine Woche im Bahia Pez Vela Resort. Die Ferienhäuser haben allesamt einen herrlichen Blick zum Pazifik. Die Villa ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Bei uns war nur die Spülmaschine defekt aber man hat uns dafür einen Gutschein für das Restaurant gegeben. Am Abend kamen uns die Waschbären besuchen, ansonsten ist es dort sehr sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist bewacht, leider waren die Fenster unsere Villa (Haus 6) nicht mit Gitter versehen wie ...

„Nice gated place. Two apartments below, two above. We didn’t hear our neighbors, which was nice. Really close to the beach but you need to follow forest paths to get there faster. Lots of monkeys and iguanas around. Playa Hermosa is a much quieter beach town than many others, and we like it that way. The bigger hotel Villa de Sueno on the corner has good (though overpriced) food and music several nights a week. “

„Everything was great and everyone was helpful. It was more like a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, maybe more when the street is crowded. It was easier to use the pool at the condo. Also was a little difficult to use hot water in shower. There was no hot water to wash dishes in kitchen sink. Coco is a lovely town and we have already made arrangements to return.“

„Our party of 9 adults really enjoyed our stay at Casa La Vida Sonada. The house is gorgeous and very well equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of room both inside and out to accommodate a large party. The views of Coco bay were breathtaking and the location was ideal for quiet relaxation, but only a short golf cart away to the beaches and restaurants. „We had an amazing trip. The condo was clean, well stocked, perfect for our family -wife and 4 y/o daughter. Will definitely be back hopefully in next 1-2 years and would love to stay here again. The complex is great- 3 pools, gated/secure, beach club w 2 pools/beach short drive or shuttle away. Food at the beach club was delicious as well. Grocery store near-2-3 min walk- with security as well. “

„Loved the house. Steep drive to get to the home but well worth it for the view. House was very expansive and all bedrooms very private. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we appreciated the filtered water at the sink and the little countertop ice maker. Could use a few new pool inflatables as most leaked air. „This was our second trip to Sol y Mar because our first trip was a dream. The property is special. We did get caught up in the weather debacle that involved two weeks of vertical rain contributing to the Liberia airport closure, and stranding us in CR for another week. The bright spot in the entire trip was our comfort at Sol y Mar. Grethel was helpful staying in contact with us while we were there. She checked in regularly and was a lifeline. “

„Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. “

„Property is beautiful! Plenty of space and areas for large groups. Everything you could think of in kitchen and towel supply. Edgar was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would give him 5 stars for being helpful and very kind. We had nine firefighter/pilot friends and spouses. everyone had a wonderful time. Pool area was our fav spot.“

"Wir würden sehr lieb begrüßt/betreut und unser Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider konnte uns das Hotel nicht ganz so überzeugen. Das Restaurant ist zu teuer mit zu wenig Auswahl, in der direkten Umgebung fußläufig ist wenig bis nichts geboten. Das Frühstück und Pools waren ok. Bonus ist der direkte Strandzugang und eine Affenfamilie, die am Hotelgelände wohnt."
