„Love the location of this condo. The pool is nice and it is only about 10 -15 mins walk to the beach. Also, there is a sidewalk so you are not walking on the main road with cars and trucks and motorbikes. There is a small grocery store located at the front of the condo and it has everything including meat and vegetables and fruits. The only thing I would fault this place is the mattress. We rented unit 9 and we were basically sleeping on boxspring. There is no pillow top on the mattress and we ...

„Wir waren im August 2013 eine Woche im Bahia Pez Vela Resort. Die Ferienhäuser haben allesamt einen herrlichen Blick zum Pazifik. Die Villa ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Bei uns war nur die Spülmaschine defekt aber man hat uns dafür einen Gutschein für das Restaurant gegeben. Am Abend kamen uns die Waschbären besuchen, ansonsten ist es dort sehr sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist bewacht, leider waren die Fenster unsere Villa (Haus 6) nicht mit Gitter versehen wie ...

„The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services. ...

„Nice gated place. Two apartments below, two above. We didn’t hear our neighbors, which was nice. Really close to the beach but you need to follow forest paths to get there faster. Lots of monkeys and iguanas around. Playa Hermosa is a much quieter beach town than many others, and we like it that way. The bigger hotel Villa de Sueno on the corner has good (though overpriced) food and music several nights a week. “

„There were 10 friends who travel together yearly. Plenty of space and amazing sunsets in the pool. Yersinia was very quick to respond as was the owner. Golf cart rental is a must. All areas easily accessible by cart. Two negatives. As others have said the steps down to the beach are a hike going down and back up. You can always golf cart down to the more public beach. „Can’t say enough about this property and location. This is living the life and one of the greatest places I have ever stayed in. Sure the house could use some updating and it is clearly a busy rental property but we had multiple couples with privacy, fabulous pool, and you walk right out onto one of the greatest beaches ever - not crowded, but has restaurants and jet skis and massages etc right there - we will be coming back “

„This is a great house right on the beach with great boogie boarding right out front. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 10-80 years old. There was plenty of room. The house is well laid out and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was easy. The owner and property manager were very responsive. In all a 5-star experience.“

„Everything was great and everyone was helpful. It was more like a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, maybe more when the street is crowded. It was easier to use the pool at the condo. Also was a little difficult to use hot water in shower. There was no hot water to wash dishes in kitchen sink. Coco is a lovely town and we have already made arrangements to return.“
