„My husband and I went here for our Anniversary and we were not disappointed. Everyone from Patrick, his wife, the housekeeper made us feel welcome. The drivers were like family by the end of the day, Miguel and Luis are the best! Patrick was a great help suggesting and helping plan our tours. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy yourself.“

„The villa has a great view of the lake and is extremely quiet. It’s secluded but still close to the main road and we felt like it was a safe area The directions provided by the owner are good but it is hard to find at night. The furniture, bedding and amenities are pretty old but we were not expecting 5 star. We loved Nuevo Arenal compared to the very touristy La Fortuna but there are of course more activities there. Overall very happy with the villa“

„Wir haben uns im rustikalen Plantagenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl dieses Handwerkerhaus auch einige kleine Mängel hatte. So wiesen z.B. Türen und Fenster Spalten auf (Eingang für kleine Lebewesen), das kleinere Bad roch sehr unangenehm, im Haus war sehr hellhörig (Gespräche in Schlafräumen der oberen Etage konnten problemlos im unteren Bereich mitverfolgt werden). Im unteren Schlafzimmer fehlte eine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen. Im Haus befanden sich entgegen der Beschreibung keine ...

The attention to detail was fantastic, with everything stocked—plenty of pots and pans, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, games, blankets for the couch, and even a TV with all the streaming apps ready to go.The property itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and breathtaking views. „Modern, nice property in the nature. Good beds, nice and enough towels. Absolutely awesome view, especially synset!. Great sound of jungle. As in the description told: No AC but not necessary, it's cool during night time. Everything like in the description except the pool. Any private pool available. The predescribed pool isn't at the property but in the neighbours hotelnot far away.“

„The house is so cute and cozy! It has everything that you may need for your stay. From the kitchen to the different rooms, everything is set. It is private and the lake was indeed in front. It was clean and the communication with the owner was very easy. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, that is absolutely your place. We got rainy days which made it hard to enjoy the lake. It was also far from activities so anywhere we wanted to go took us at least an hour and a half. “

„Sehr gepflegt Anlage mit eigenen kurzen Wanderwegen und einer Aussichtsplattform mit Blick auf den Golf von Nicoya. Wir hatten ein Junior Cottage und es war alles perfekt. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Rundum alles super und nur zu empfehlen. Fussläufig (2-3Min) ist eine Bäckerei/Cafe, ein Supermarkt und mehrere gute Restaurants entfernt. Ich kann Los Pinos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

„Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. “

„The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home.“

„Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Leider regnete es die ganze Zeit. Wenn man in Ruhe schlafen will, ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Das Dach ist aus Blech und der Regen ☔️ platscht da drauf in voller Lautstärke. Besser bei schönem Wetter. Der Besitzer ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und via WhatsApp erreichbar. Ohne Regen ist die Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert “

„The property and the house were amazing! Spectacular view of Arenal from our balcony, nice pool, well stocked kitchen, and nice trails and view points on property. A short drive into La Fortuna and all the local attractions. Brayan the host was amazing. When I asked he provided local recommendations for attractions. He restocked or kitchen with more tea and coffee when we needed it. Most notably Brayan went above and beyond with a special request for Valentine's flowers.“

"Sauber und komfortabel. Die Hoteleigenen hot springs haben uns an einem Regentag gut getan. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat immer kompetent auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Leider hörte man nachts ein permanentes Lüftungsgeräusch, das war der einzige Wehmutstropfen. "

"Hotel und Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch große Zimmer (gutes Bett, TV und schnellem Internet) mit großem Bad. Das Thermalbad ist schon recht abgerockt - der neuere VIP Bereich macht des dann etwas besser."

"The view from our room/tiny house on Lake Arenal was just wonderful, embedded in the green hills and the sound of many different birds. The sourrounding garden of La Mansion Inn Arenal was kept lovely. We also enjoyed the tasty brekfast, although the menu was rather small. We really recommend to try the delecious meals that are serverd for dinner. The service of the receptionist was very friendly, professional (good English) and helpful. "

"Wir sind schon das zweite Mal da und kommen gerne wieder! Das Essen ist fantastisch, alle Mitabeitenden sehr freundlich, das Zimmer toll mit eigenem kleinen Vulkanbecken. Die Thermen laden zum Relaxen ein und der grosse Pool ist herrlich!"
