"Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Umeda Station unter einer Shopping Mall. Unser Zimmer im 35 Stockwerk war sehr groß und WC und Dusche / Badewanne waren separat. Zu den Universal Studios haben wir ca.25 Minuten gebraucht. Für uns war es das perfekte Hotel für Osaka. "

"Location is ideal: right at Namba Station for the airport train und lots of subway lines. Walking distance to Dontonbori street. Decent rooms with great view. Comparatively good english skills of the staff. Full size swimming pool is a big plus. Breakfast service is overcrowded during peak hours and buffet may run out of certain food. Would expect more from a hotel in that price category. Went to table 36 restaurant for dinner, service was average (ordering in english was a hassle, they didnt get the order right and werent able to deliver the main courses for the 2 of us at the same time. Waiter was a trainee though, so I guess its part of the learning process and not a big deal. "

"Ich mochte das Hotel insgesamt. Das einzige Manko war stellenweise die Wartezeit für den Fahrstuhl. Abseits davon war es wieder eine positive APA Erfahrung. Ich konnte an meinem letzten Tag auch mein Gepäck da lassen um meine letzten Einkäufe zu tätigen "

"We can really recommend this hotel. The room was the best on our whole Japan trip and very clean. The beds were really comfy the location of the hotel was definitely useful for every kind of trips to certain locations. 10/10! We didn’t have breakfast though, maybe next time! "
