„The property was very nice. It was very clean and very up to date. Even though they live on the premises I can only assume that the hosts felt that they did not want to impose upon our privacy. They never introduced themselves. I couldn't tell you what they look like. Never checked in on us to see how we were enjoying their place. I don't need to be babysitted but I just found it a little unusual compared to all the other informative and friendly hosts that we have stayed with on the ...

„We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. „Incredibly beautiful Herring Cove. Eight and one half mile south of Ketchikan. Right on the water. We caught salmon, had a bear amble through the yard at twilight. Saw a humpback whale breach over and over. Caught huge , delicious Dungeness crab. What a fantastic week and for our family the perfect walk down memory lane. Fifty years ago we lived here “

„This basement apartment was the perfect cozy spot for my husband and I. We woke up and could see the cruise ship from the kitchen window. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We didn’t use the kitchen during our short stay but it looked well stocked and the coffee was great in the morning. The pictures sent of the entrance were helpful in locating this basement spot. We would stay again.“

„Everything was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Location requires a rental car, but since we had one, it worked just fine. We enjoyed being so close to Herring Cove where we could watch the bears and eagles first thing every morning, and last thing every evening. Can't walk to the ocean, as the forest is too thick. „The place was perfect for 2 people. We spent a lot of time in the afternoons out on the deck watching people from the cruise ships. Location was great. Easy walk to downtown. A bit more challenging coming back, but you can get a cab to bring you back up the hill. Would definitely stay here again.“

„Great view from the deck of this property. Up on the hillside away from town only a block, but in a quiet area. Property had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed seeing the cruise ships arrive and when they left we had a great view of the water and mountains. Communication with host was easy and quick. Would recommend. cruise ships come“

„As I told you when I rented your VRBO this is my first experience doing so. I didn't ask sufficient questions and learned from that experience. For instance, I didn't know that the bathroom door was installed backwards and the a person could be trapped in the bathroom in a fire if the freezer door opened during that type of event.
