„We had a lovely time at City on The Hill. We were looking for somewhere secluded with a view of nature. Our cabin at did not disappoint. We stayed at Grace and it was perfect for our long weekend needs. We bought groceries with us and were able to cook breakfast and a few meals. We had a hot plate with us but there was also one provided in the cabin. There is an outdoor grill on site for use which we didn't get to use simply due to time constraints. „We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The cabins were definitely more than glamping?? In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well ...

„Our stay in Cliffside was all that we could’ve hoped for with the exception of the gym no longer being a part of the experience, but I think everyone got their workouts in through hiking all through the property. Besides, who goes to a “getaway” to workout?! We spent our mornings playing in the rec room (which had so many different activities to choose from), hiking on and off the trails near the house, or sitting outside and relaxing peacefully. „The property is very nice. There was plenty of room for our group and it was very secluded in beautiful countryside. But there a few things that need to be addressed. The third gate to the property did not work and had to be left open the entire time we were there. Some horses came into the property and the kids could not be outside because they were aggressive..The kitchen sink sprayed the user with water when in use.The keurig coffee maker did not work , we had to bring the coffee maker out ...

„What a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the cool, refreshing pool, the abundance of birds and flowers and the many deer just sauntering by in the neighborhood. It was a short drive to the farmer's market, shopping, the brewery and restaurants. The entire place was very comfortable. Looking forward to visiting Kerrville again - Carol's Cottage is the perfect place to stay!“
