âMonsieur Luizi a tout prĂ©vu pour ses hotes en leur envoyant en amont une fiche rĂ©capitulative des contacts, du lieu precis pour passer un excellent sejour. Lâappartement est propre, situĂ© dans une concession avec un grand jardin comprenant des balançoires.

âThere was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made.â

âLe sĂ©jour au Cosy Golf Ă Kinshasa Ă©tait loin dâĂȘtre agrĂ©able. Les images du Cosy Golf sur Internet sont diffĂ©rentes de la rĂ©alitĂ©, il y avait des coupures de courant constantes mĂȘme la nuit. Malheureusement la nuit du 31 dĂ©cembre au 1er janvier Ă©galement. Nous sommes trĂšs déçus du service. Les meubles dans les appartements sont pratiquement inutilisables, les fenĂȘtres et les portes, mal intĂ©grĂ©es. Les moustiques abondent Ă cause de lâenvironnement sale. Nous remercions tout de mĂȘme le personnel ...
