„Die Unterkunft war für japanische Verhältnisse geräumig und für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Entfernung zur nächsten U Bahnstation war 8 Minuten entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und beim nächsten Besuch würde wir wieder kommen.“

„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„We booked the modern Japanese room and it was spacious and cute, the hotel is about 8-minute walk from Warabi Station, with various convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Staff are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend if you want to experience a more local feel. “

„In allen Punkten super, die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, check in absolut einfach, Maki sandte uns im Vorfeld eine grandiose Wegbeschreibung und gab alle wichtigen Infos. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr wohl. Absolut perfekt wäre eine neue Matratze auf dem Sofa und eine leisere Klimaanlage. Danke Maki! “

„Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. “

"Nice and functional hotel in a not so nice part of Tokyo. The big TV supports streaming from your mobile device, but otherwise the only foreign program is BBC. There is a selection of on-demand videos but I didn't try them. The room is sufficient and the bed comfortable. "

"We had a room in the top floor with breakfast included. To be honest, the hotel is ok, nothing more. Compared to the Prince Hotel in Hiroshima (which is excellent) it is only a bit above average. The breakfast is just standard and super rushed atmosphere, lots of people, loud and no special food and poor choice of drinks. The view from our room was amazing, Sunshine Mall is directly connected with the hotel, you can leave your luggage after checkout. For Tokyo this hotel is surely good and affordable, but if you just want to stay in a clean and nice room then there are better and cheaper options."
