„The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back. The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town. Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt.“

„sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung; Lage ist perfekt, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar; leider findet man nur schwer einen Parkplatz und die Abwicklung im Vorfeld hätte besser sein können. Es lagen uns weder der Zutrittscode für Tor und Tür vor und Bettwäsche/Handtücher waren auch nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Dies wurde aber alles sehr schnell in Ordnung gebracht, somit kann ich diese Unterkunft mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.“

„We had a very good time. The property managers were very helpful. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get into the apartment. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect near all the stores and food you can think of. “

„great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. “

„On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. „We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. Mehr durch Zufall kam die Tochter aus dem Haus und wurde von mir angesprochen.
