„The house was clean and quite adequate for our 3 day stay. We met Mr. Marshall when we arrived (he was there with a crew working on furniture and some repairs). He was very pleasant, as was the crew. We like to cook for ourselves. The stove was not completely functional -- shelves do not fit, and the interior needs a good cleaning. The towel rack above the second floor bathroom toilet is pulling of the wall and could use some attention. Rick Ginther (for the Ginther Siblings)“

„Thanksgiving family get away for 4 days was great in this property. Plenty of bed rooms big table. Great stove. We cooked there all 4 days. Has a grill. Very close to outlets. Very happy with your stay!“

„The Yellow Submarine was by far the best rental we've stayed at in our 4 years of visiting Beachwalk. It was cleaner than any other home, more spacious, had a better stocked kitchen, and above all - the location: Wow! Being right next to the pool may feel intrusive to some, but the proximity was perfect for our family of 4 with two young children. We spent many evenings and mornings relaxing on the chairs that overlooked lake Kai, walking along the beach, and playing games on the screened-in ...

„2 of my close friend and I decided to get away for a short stay not too far from home. We had a great relaxing time. This place had everything we needed, short distance from everything. This place was clean and easy to find. The neighborhood felt safe. Even though the place below this apartment looks abandoned.“

„We had a wonderful stay at Oak st abode ! It was clean , well stocked , and a great amount of space for our family ! We were within walking distance to a playground as well as two other local restaurants. The rental agency was very kind and responsive. We will stay again !“

"Ganz nett. Frühstück sehr gut. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Service war daher nicht so gut. Ausrede war, dass wir während des Frühstücks eine Bitte nicht stören Schild an der Türe hatten. Wir sind dann um 9:30 aus dem Zimmer und abends um 20.30 zurück. Leider waren die Betten nicht gemacht und die Handtücher verschmutzt am Boden."

"Uns hat die Übernachtung dort gut gefallen. Ingesamt alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ein Highlight für die Kleinen. Wünschen würde ich mir etwas mehr Nachhaltigkeit. Beim Frühstück Pappteller und Plastikbesteck, jedes Toast eingewickelt in Folie trotz Schrank, ein Plastikbecher zur Teigentnahme der Waffeln sind nicht zeitgemäß. Alles in Allem wirklich gut! "
