„Great weekend get away. We really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect. Just the cutest stay. We look forward to staying again and have shared the place with family already. The only thing that would have been helpful is a light on to find the house in the dark better. But Mary was immediately available both times I called for help so it wasn’t an issue. “

„We had a group of 10 girls stay for a long weekend getaway. It was the perfect location nearby Mawby, Suttons Bay Ciders, and more. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and lots of seating areas for a large group. It’s also so nice that you can walk down to the water or just enjoy the view from the house. Highly recommend this home for any ‘up north’ trips!“

„The house was a perfect getaway. It's a super quiet and peaceful area. My favorite part was having my coffee on the beach every morning. The house itself is a little outdated but everything is fully functional. There's enough space for everyone to stay comfortably and not be on top of each other. We were able to be secluded in a bedroom if needed and all hangout together in the livong spaces when we wanted to. „We gather our children together for my husband’s birthday each year and travel to a destination up north for a long weekend away. The house is as listed, nestled in a quaint spot in the woods just outside Glen Arbor city limits. Lots of extra touches were inside the home to make our stay more comfortable. „We stayed with our four kids and brought the boat. The kids fished off the dock where we parked the boat during our stay. In walking distance of a grocery store, Fiddleheads breakfast/lunch spot, the Boathouse Winery, the Capital Dog (great ice cream), a True Value and even a gas station.Plenty of seating on the deck and the four queen beds (two were pull out couches) worked for our family. „This is a modest 3-bedroom ranch home with a scenic Grand Traverse Bay shoreline sitting among acres of splendid Pine, Maple and Birch Forest. „Property is as photographed and described, but even BETTER! Owner pride and craftsmanship on display here, with an eye for decorating and personal seasonal touches make this such a cozy retreat. Heated floors in primary bedroom and bath such a treat as the temperature dropped, and the gas fireplace in the living room removed the chill immediately. Exceeded every expectation!“

„Good condo in Homestead village. A bit dated, as mentioned in other reviews, but overall a good place to stay with a great view. Very comfortable for 2 couples as each "suite" is on opposite sides of the unit, providing good privacy. A bit tricky finding your way to the beach. Loved the location as we were doing a color tour and wanted something outside of Traverse City (too busy). This place is 10 minutes from Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes and 30 minutes from Fishtown and Sutton's Bay. ...
