„We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but ...

„Een heerlijk verblijf aan zee. Een bezoek aan de schildpadden ‘boerderij’ vlakbij is aan te bevelen. De sofa’s in huis zijn geweldig, ze zitten heerlijk. Helaas hadden we veel last van muggen en wat het huis echt zou verbeteren, is een buiten douche.“

„Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. “

„The property was quite rundown. The pool was nice, but a cover over the filter at the bottom of the pool was missing, causing my toes to be stripped. The mattress needs to be replaced. There is no door between the second floor room and bottom floor. Nothing is walking distance. a bottom pool. T“

„Great place to stay in Managua the location is great E drive drops and picks up at building so it’s easy to get to anything very quickly. The host was attentive with any questions or concerns we had a was very friendly. I loved the pool the privacy and location !! “

„We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!“

„This is my second time staying at Casa Playa San Diego and I can't say enough about how wonderful both my stays have been. There was prompt communication and organization with owners (Robin and Vicky). In addition, there was great service and attention to detail provided by the property care takers (Belinda and Francisco). I really appreciate everything about this property. It's location is superb, the house is well maintained and the service is good. A great experience, I highly recommend!“

„Very secluded, nice for a week of relaxation. Too secluded for a long stay. Belkis was great, took care of problems occurring in a timely manner. The food at Belkis restaurant is amazing, everything is freshly made from scratch. The ocean and beach are lovely. There’s no microwave in the kitchen, lots of ants and some mice, got to keep all your food in the fridge! We still had a great time, but 9 weeks is too long!“

"Had to stay here due to an injury and was glad to be able to have an accessible room and a wheelchair. Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel. Hotel and the rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade and replacement of the carpet. "
