„Although we were there only a few days after Hurricane Debby caused severe damage (again) to Cedar Key, our condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We had a few glitches when we first arrived in Cedar Key (before we could check in), our overall stay was great. Restaurants started opening on Thursday/Friday and that was great. „This property was perfect for what I needed. I was there for 8 nights. It was close to the venue where I was attending a conference. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin was there to greet me and answer any questions I had. Since I’m a “senior “ I chose to sleep on the daybed which was very comfortable. There are 3 beds in the loft but the ladder up and down was a bit formidable to me. All in all this was exactly what I expected. “

Check in with very smooth.We arrived around 7.It was very peaceful no interruptions very satisfying for our need at last minute. Host was very sweet and delightful.We will definitely book again.“

„Die Besitzer wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück gegenüber und sind auch nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Haus ist niedlich gebaut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Kakerlaken und anderen Mitbewohnern insektischer Art, Spinnweben und Staub so weit das Auge reicht sind allerdings nur gut gemeinte 2 Sterne drin!! There were plenty of towels which was nice because so many rentals do not have those. My only issue was there was not salt, pepper or foil which I know something that is guaranteed but it is nice when it’s already there so you have what you need in the kitchen. „The property was very nice. It ias just like a small fish camp, nothing bad, just dont expect the Ritz. However, everything was very clean aand ready to use. Including some fishing poles and bug spray (we alraedy had some and I highly advise you bring some too.) The dock was great for fishing and cathing bait fish to go out to the causeway with. Not a lot of big fish near the property but did see a few feeding along the grasslines. Inside the house it was very quiet, could hardly hear the road ...

„I loved this property! We went to the cabins to celebrate my birthday. We knew ahead of time that the cabin we rented did not have AC, however, I called the owner to let her know our ETA, and we found out the cabin with the AC (runs on a generator) was available, and she was so accommodating and allowed us to stay in the comfort cabin instead. "This was one of the very less hotels on our route this year that simply did, what a hotel is supposed to do: the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty good! In this hotel you get at least what you pay for or even a little more. Thanks for having us. "

"Sehr starke Feuchtigkeitsbildung im Zimmer. Weder lüften noch Klimaanlage haben geholfen. Am nächsten Tag waren die Klamotten total feucht. Das Badezimmer hat auch komisch feucht gerochen. Personal war Top. Frühstück gute Auswahl."

"The stuff was super friendly and helpful even though they had their hands full because of the IT issue everyone affected in the middle of July. But the rooms definitely need an update. The bathroom didn’t look nice at all (rusty and all used up) and the carpet felt old and sticky. They also had a microwave in the lobby which needs a deep clean. "
