„Everything you need and even some things you don’t. This place has all the amenities and is perfect for a Sioux Falls get away. Nicole was great and everything was clean and as expected. Sauna and hot tub were perfect for beating the winter chill. We would definitely stay again. “

„We rented this lovely home for a reunion of girlfriends and found it to be the perfect place to stay.“

„The space was very clean, just as described in the listing, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, and fireplace. Sherri was very responsive when I reached out. However, it's worth noting that this rental is located in the basement of the owner's home, whereas the listing gave the impression of having the "Entire House." Additionally, there were several dogs upstairs, which may be a consideration for some guests.“

„It was a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for all of us. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed the house. Would rent again in the future. “

„We had a great time at Klondike Ranch! It has a great amount of rooms & bathrooms for our whole family. The big garage room was awesome for our toddlers & older adults to play games and run! We had a breaker short out and they were there within 10 minutes and had it fixed shortly after arriving. Would highly recommend to anyone with a large family. “

„The hosts were kind and went out of their way to make sure our needs were covered. They even provided an extra card table for our get-together. “

„We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party/sleepover at this house and it was perfect for the get together! A nice big tv/gaming area with foosball table, and dining area where we played lots of card games. The rooms were big and lots of bathrooms. We’d stay again!“

„We had a good stay at this house and the location was centrally located and in the general vicinity to McKennan Park and downtown. It was a very easy drive to the airport. The house was clean and comfortable and nice and warm despite the frigid temperatures outside. Parking was plentiful. The only concern was the sleeping arrangements. While the listing indicates that it sleeps 10, it's probably closer to 7. The futons weren't really functional for sleeping and the air mattresses weren't ...
