„This is our 5th time renting from this owner. He will do everything in his power to make your stay great. The property is well maintained and slept 12 adults comfortably. The bedroom in the basement has multiple beds. Be aware this room is much cooler than the upstairs temperature. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us. Just assign your beds with that in mind. We were there in February when outside temperatures were about 40You won’t be disappointed with this property..“

„My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.“

„We booked the cabin so our family could attend my grandson's college graduation and after 4 years of college, its probably our last trip. It was definitely a savings over booking enough hotel rooms and eating out every meal. Property manager was great and responded quickly to questions. „Very clean and large home. Two living areas so kids could watch TV downstairs while adults visited upstairs. Bathrooms upstairs are a bit awkward but very serviceable. We enjoyed the stay. “
