„This is our fifth stay at Summer Breeze. The house is older but comfortable, very well maintained and very clean. There have been some updates such as new countertops and new dishwasher and oven. The kids love the game room and can occupy themselves with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and a large TV. The outdoor space has a beautiful swimming pool and huge built-in hot tub. There’s plenty of room to relax with outdoor chairs and a covered porch with tables for eating and games. The boat ...

The garage game room was a very fun touch. Driveway is extremely steep though. Kinda scary if it was icy out. A great stay with an excellent location to be able to get around all the small towns with ease. “

„We had a trip of six guys, three father and son groups, to the hill country planned and found this rental which worked out perfect for us. The house and bunk house were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The location outside of Llano was perfect. The property is in an area along the river that was very scenic with deer in the yard everyday. There are neighbors, but we never saw them and my guess is they are mostly getaway type places. I would recommend for your next trip. “

„Amazing Stay, we had a Blast! thank you for everything!! Everything was easy to find and easy access to everything we needed. Beds where comfortable. Alittle upset with your lawn company that showed up while we were fishing, they came by like we were in the wrong place, we all had to come inside. And a few minutes later we have the pool guy over. “

The deck over the water was a great spot for yoga, and the kitchen is massive with everything you could need to cook and serve guests. Thank you for a great experience!“

„This house has the most gorgeous pool set up! The infinity pool makes you feel like you're floating on the edge of the lake. The living area is spacious, with plenty of TVs and games (pool table, card table, shuffleboard, board games) to keep everyone occupied. The outdoor living spaces are stellar, with plenty of room for lounging, dining, a fire pit, more TVs... and the views are insane. Plenty of bedrooms for 4 families. Don't wait -- just book it!“
