„It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. I would also recommend blackout curtains for the front bedrooms so it’s not so bright in those rooms at night due to do the street lights. The owner was very ...

„House was just right! Had just what we needed and location was great (other than the busy street). No street noise in the master bedroom in the back. Trees will leave a lot of sap on cars so be sure to wash after the stay!“

„Lightning in bathroom needs improvement. Dining rm chair leg broken. Garbage disposal needed. Letting renters know driveway is shared & need to move as far to the alley as possible. Windows upstairs need to be covered. No towels in upstairs bathroom. “

„Very easy to get around to the drs. and hospital. Ruth was a very great host helping us with anything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. I believe that 1 or 2 of the four are rentals and the neighbors were very nice. Really not much of a view, but the little park right next door is very nice, clean and peaceful. „It’s an older home with some newer renovations. Large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of six. The back yard is amazing! The host was very responsive and communicative. “

And also the location is great, very close to the Centre of Conway, as well as the univerity or a kids playground, everything located nearby.“

„House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.“

"Von diesem Hotel war ich total enttäuscht. Im Zimmer war der Teppich nicht sauber und im Bad waren Handtuchhalter und die Duscharmatur lose. Das Gehäuse von der Klimaanlage war gebrochen. Die Möbel sind veraltert. Der Fahrstuhl war nicht sauber und macht Geräusche. Mit Sicherheit werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. "

"Ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage. Die Dame an der Rezeption am An- und Abreisetag ging gar nicht. Sehr unfreundliche Erscheinung, die es nicht nötig hatte, uns zu begrüßen oder gar zu lächeln. Vielleicht sollte das Management des Hotels ihren Berufswunsch nochmals überdenken."

"Grässlich Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Pool dermaßen verdreckt. Zimmer unsauber. Waschbecken ohne Wasser. Dusche erhielt erst nach 5 min. Wasser laufen warmes Wasser. Personal lügt einen an und ist unhöflich. "
