In all these years, this has been by far the very best experience we have had. Amherst is PERFECT with so much to offer for children of all ages, though truthfully we rarely left the house. „We rented this house for a weekend to bring our whole family together (3 siblings, spouses and children, and our Mother- 14 total). The house was perfect to keep everyone entertained; the pool was perfect, we grilled out, we visited downtown Vermillion. The views of the July sunset were unbelievable. Great place to stay!“

„Family trip to Sandusky & Marblehead to Christmas shops. House was perfect for our family and dogs. We couldn’t get our dog sitters and had to bring them, the yard was perfect. The house was clean and spacious. “

„Everyone loved staying here, and the house was plenty warm even in the cold weather. There were also plenty of extra blankets for the chronically cold members of the family. Five stars! Hand soap and dishwasher soap was full +++. We used that a lot. We used the iron. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common space were very clean +++. „As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay.“

„Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Haus, in dem alles stimmt. Es hat eine Superlage, ist sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und der Privatstrand war super zum Baden im Eriesee. Fragen wurden vom Vermieter unmittelbar und schnell beantwortet. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen.“

„This location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. You are 12-20 minutes from great restaurants by Lake Erie, the zoo, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cedar Point, and the rental car return at the airport. „Property is in a great spot. Sunrise over the lake is something else. Sure, it's furnished to a price point like a lot of rental properties, but it's clean and has a modern feel.Quiet street. No noise whatsoever from neighbors.WiFi was consistently around 100Mbps, so great for getting work done.“

„We really enjoyed the house, had plenty of parking available for 2 trucks and 2 big boats! The house was set up very well to have all of us spend time watching football and cooking when not out fishing“

„We've stayed in Rye Beach area many times for sports tournament weekends. Very convenient location. Neighborhood homes are hit or miss - but in general one feels safe. Home itself could use some more comfy seating in the living area and more kitchen items but beds were comfy and having two bathrooms is nice. Playground is close by too.“

"Wir kamen sehr spät am Abend an und waren auf der unteren Etage untergebracht, Alexis eine sehr zuvorkommende Dame an der Rezeption. Leider meinten einige Gäste sie müssen vorne beim Frühstücksraum zusammensitzen (was ja nicht schlimm ist) und eine Party feiern in einer sehr starken Lautstärke. Da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist und man jedes Lachen oder laute sprechen gehört hat, war es unmöglich in den Schlaf zu finden und somit musste ich nach vor gehen und Alexis bitten den Gästen Bescheid zu geben, was Sie auch ohne Probleme gemacht hat. Ansonsten war alles einwandfrei."
