„This is our 5th time renting from this owner. He will do everything in his power to make your stay great. The property is well maintained and slept 12 adults comfortably. The bedroom in the basement has multiple beds. Be aware this room is much cooler than the upstairs temperature. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us. Just assign your beds with that in mind. We were there in February when outside temperatures were about 40You won’t be disappointed with this property..“

„My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.“

It was definitely a savings over booking enough hotel rooms and eating out every meal. Property manager was great and responded quickly to questions. The sparse furnishings and decor coupled with the beautiful high ceilings made every sound and conversation loud. The beds were very comfortable. „This cabin is very cool. THe view on the water was amazing for sunsets. My family of 6 played cards and appreciated the games there. Amenities are nice. Coffee maker and Keurig both available. We came at a time (October) when many of the restaurants and places seemed to close down because this is a lake town, so restaurants were scarce and had shorter hours, but we found the Burger Barn (delicious) on the lake across the bridge into the LBL, and the next night we drove about 30 min up to Grand ...
