„This was a very cool place to stay for a couple nights while I hiked Yosemite (tho it's about a 90 minute drive to the park, but it was a beautiful drive so I didn't mind it). It's off the beaten path (and back some windy roads). It's a cool layout with the kitchen/laundry downstairs and the open area loft above with the beds and couch/TV. Only one thing I missed and that was a microwave. Nice selection of restaurants just a few miles from it. Host was very responsive to my texts. “

„Easily within striking distance of Yosemite national Park. We biked the valley floor, climbed to the tops of gigantic waterfalls and retreated to Oakhurst to relax and recharge. Cute little cabin, everything we needed was there. In a quiet neighborhood, we never locked the doors and slept with the door by the bed open one night. “

„I was organizing a law journal retreat when I found this Oakhurst cabin and immediately booked knowing how great it would be. The location was fantastic - we were able to go to the Firefall at Yosemite with just an hour drive and it was remote enough for group activities like hikes, runs, and axe throwing (in the nearby town). „Our family (with two kids, 18 and 16) scheduled a long holiday weekend at this listing. The house was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Within a five minute walk was a small general store, several places for meals and lovely areas to walk. It is very close to Yosemite. Everything about this weekend was relaxing and easy. „Arrived after dark and found the house decorated withXmas lights. Entered to a Xmas tree and decorations with the heat on and it felt SO cozy. In the morning with sunlight we discovered we were on the top of a mountainand the house felt like a tree house. A special place indeed! „I can’t share enough of our excitement about this property. Even in Bass lake 3 times now and this is by far the best home I rented. Water front with pier and deck. Fully stacked with amenities and everything you can think of, well it’s there. This owner know what hospitality is and how to host like the 5star hotels do.
