„Alles Wirkich super dort. Sehr modern, sauber und schön. Es gibt 3 Minuspunkte für uns: -Parkplatz war ziemlich weit entfernt -Das Bett war ziemlich unbequem Und der Größte Minuspunkt für uns: Wir haben einen Late Check Out angefordert, da unser Flug erst am Nachmittag war und unsere Kindern dann noch einen Mittagsschlaf haben können. Wir haben keine Rückantwort bekommen (da dort alles über eine App läuft) also gingen wir davon aus, es passt. Kinder zum Mittagsschlaf hingelegt und grade das ...

„I stayed here for a long weekend with friends for the People's March in DC. The house is clean, updated, comfortable and with plenty of beds. It was within walking distance of a grocery store and some good restaurants. Highly recommend“

„Very clean and cozy cabin, near DC. Very comfortable. The toilet in the shower is a bit weird, but it's not a big issue for a few days' stay. Would stay here again.“

„We had a large group of 8 for a convention at the Gaylord in National Harbor, and this was a perfect location and size for our group. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, great kitchen and living room, really nice basement with pool table, TV and wet bar. The washer and dryer was an unexpected plus!A few minor downsides. „This place accommodated my 5 siblings and their families beautifully! Lots of space for everyone to spread out in without feeling on top of each other. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the top level were perfect for the adults. The bottom level was amazing and perfect for the 2 year old. Was able to take hjs naps/bedtime routine without being disturbed,or for that matter wake up the rest of the house. Large well equipped kitchen,plenty of space in the dining room to have 16 of us sit down for meals. ...

„Check in was very easy and the host was inviting and kind but I ended up leaving the property due to it being a shared space rental, but that’s the only reason. If you don’t mind the shared space this is a great place with very kind people. “

„Overall I had a good experience. A very nice apartment was provided after the original place fell through. The place was clean and I really loved the location. Check in was good and the rules regarding my stay were very clear. The only complaint I have is there were no bedside or end tables in the apartment making it difficult to eat any food I had prepared. Otherwise, it was a good experience! I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. „Plenty of space. House was clean. Could use one or two more TVs and maybe another couch for one of the rooms. There are caretakers who reside in the secured basement. This should be communicated to potential renters.“

„This was an amazing property that was perfect for our larger family. Four bedrooms allowed everyone to have their space and large open community areas allowed for games, movies and having meals. Owner was responsive and check-in/out was easy.“

Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Conveniently located to the highway. Good exercise room and friendly front desk. We would stay there again. “

"Wir sind von diesem RC enttäuscht-kennen RC aus London und Berlin und hatten entsprechend hohe Erwartungen-Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht- bei beiden das gleiche Problem: durchgelegene alte Betten- dann wurden uns für die vorhandenen Mängel angeblich 2 x 40 Dollar Rabatt gewährt, auf der Kreditkarte wurden die Beträge dann aber doch abgebucht- das nenne ich Betrug "

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr günstige Lage zur Metrostation McLean. Ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Das nahegelegene Einkaufscenter Tysons Corner erreichbar und. Der Zimmerservice wurde täglich durchgeführt. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich. Mit der Zommerkarte konnte man problemlos im Parkhaus ein- und ausfahren. Die Parkgebühr betrug zu unserer Zeit 25 Dollar pro Nacht. Dazu kommen noch die Steuern. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder für einen Sightseeingaufenthalt in Washington DC buchen.Steuern."
